abstract |
The present invention discloses a gas supply container for storing and dispensing reagent gases that includes a filter that enables the container to deliver the reagent gas at a high purity level after its filtration. The filter comprises a porous sintered body, and at low pressure, by passing a supply reagent gas through the filter during transport from the vessel at a relatively low flow rate with a relatively low pressure drop across the filter The flow of the reagent gas is effective to provide the desired level of purity of the reagent gas. |
