abstract | The invention provides a microorganism anaerobic experiment device which comprises an experiment assembly and a control assembly connected with the experiment assembly, wherein the experiment assembly comprises a nitrogen cylinder, a vacuum pump and an experiment container with a rubber bottle stopper. The invention realizes control by using a PLC and a touch screen, and the PLC receives the request signal and controls the corresponding negative pressure electromagnetic valve to work. The waiting time is shortened compared with the conventional anaerobic incubator. Meanwhile, manual intervention is reduced, so that the anti-interference capability is high, and the reliability is higher. The negative pressure vacuum solenoid valve has higher tightness and reduces the air leakage condition in frequent experiments. A plurality of experiment channels are connected in series on the main pipeline, more stations can be operated simultaneously by adding an experiment container, the experiment efficiency is improved, and the cost is reduced. The device is convenient to carry, and can carry out microorganism anaerobism experiment at any time. |
