A kind of antibacterial and antiviral stainless steel and preparation method thereof |
abstract |
The invention relates to an antibacterial and antiviral stainless steel and a preparation method thereof. The preparation method comprises the following steps: (1) anodizing the stainless steel, and forming an anodic oxide film with micropores on the surface of the stainless steel; (2) Soaking in sol A and heating once; (3) soaking in sol B and heating twice to obtain antibacterial and antiviral stainless steel; wherein, the sol A includes butyl titanate, and the sol B includes valacyclovir hydrochloride and Acyclovir. The preparation method mainly decomposes the butyl titanate from the sol A into nano-titanium dioxide through one heating, and through two sol immersion and heating treatments, so that the micropores and the surface of the anodized film are attached with nano-titanium dioxide. The antibacterial and antiviral components compounded with valacyclovir hydrochloride and acyclovir make the stainless steel have good and lasting antibacterial and antiviral properties; moreover, the preparation method is simple to operate, which is conducive to large-scale promotion. |
