titleOfInvention | A kind of antibacterial and antiviral aluminum alloy and preparation method thereof |
abstract | The present invention relates to an antibacterial and antiviral aluminum alloy and a preparation method thereof. The preparation method comprises the following steps: (1) anodizing the aluminum alloy, and forming an anodized film with micropores on the surface of the aluminum alloy; ( 2) soaking in sol A and heating for one time; (3) soaking in sol B and heating for two times to obtain an antibacterial and antiviral aluminum alloy; wherein, the sol A includes butyl titanate, and the sol B includes Riba Warin and Acyclovir. The preparation method mainly decomposes the butyl titanate from the sol A into nano-titanium dioxide through one heating, and through two sol immersion and heating treatments, so that the micropores and the surface of the anodized film are attached with nano-titanium dioxide. The antibacterial and antiviral components compounded with ribavirin and acyclovir make the aluminum alloy have good and lasting antibacterial and antiviral properties; and the preparation method is simple to operate, which is conducive to large-scale promotion. |
