titleOfInvention A method for analyzing the genetic structure of wild Salvia miltiorrhiza populations using cpDNA sequence YCF1–RPS15
abstract The present invention provides a method for analyzing the genetic structure of wild Salvia miltiorrhiza by using the cpDNA sequence YCF1-RPS15. The specific steps are as follows: (1) Select different wild Salvia miltiorrhiza populations, and extract the total genomic DNA from the young stems and leaves of each wild Salvia miltiorrhiza; Using primers YCF1–RPS15 to perform PCR amplification on individuals of wild Salvia miltiorrhiza population, and obtain the amplified product of YCF1–RPS15 sequence; Bioinformatics analysis was used to obtain the genetic diversity level and population genetic structure of different geographical populations of wild Salvia miltiorrhiza. The method provided by the invention can analyze the genetic variation of the wild salvia miltiorrhiza population, understand the genetic diversity and genetic structure of the wild salvia miltiorrhiza population in Henan Province, and the result can provide scientific basis for rational utilization and protection of wild salvia miltiorrhiza resources.
