titleOfInvention A heat-resistant oxygen-aging sidewall rubber containing silicon rubber and its preparation method
abstract The invention discloses a heat-resistant oxygen-aging sidewall rubber containing silicon rubber and a preparation method thereof. The sidewall rubber is prepared from raw materials comprising the following components: 100 parts of silicone rubber and natural rubber, 40-60 parts of white carbon black, 0.1-0.3 parts of structure control agent, 3-5 parts of coupling agent, 1 part of anti-aging agent ~3 parts, vulcanizing agent 0.5~2 parts, among which the silicone rubber is 10~30 parts, and the natural rubber is 70~90 parts. In the invention, the silicon rubber and the natural rubber are used in combination and applied to the sidewall rubber of the tire, which can improve the heat and oxygen aging resistance of the sidewall and prevent the discoloration of the anti-aging agent caused by aging.
