titleOfInvention Built-in electric heating composite phase change heat storage system and preparation method of composite phase change body
abstract A built-in electric heating composite phase change heat storage system and a preparation method of a composite phase change body belong to the technical field of phase change energy storage. The invention solves the problems of phase separation and large heat transfer resistance of the existing phase-change heat storage type electric heating system. The invention prepares the porous medium with non-uniform pores, and the pores with different sizes are used for restraining the crystalline hydrated salt with different phase separation degrees, thereby solving the phase separation problem; the spiral heating coil is preset in the porous medium, so that the integration of the heating element and the heat storage layer is realized, heat can be timely and efficiently transferred to the surrounding phase-change materials, and the heat transfer efficiency is improved on the heat source level; through filling the phase change material of the different phase transition temperature of bilayer, form the space characteristic that upper portion phase transition temperature is low, lower part phase transition temperature is high, prevent that upper portion liquid phase change material from solidifying earlier and insulating against heat, do benefit to the outside transmission of heat accumulation layer heat, improve outside heat transfer efficiency on heat accumulation layer face. The invention can be applied to the technical field of phase change energy storage.
