abstract | The invention relates to an inhibitor or an inhibitor system for generating a cancer inhibition effect by targeted inhibition of GSK-3 beta double-target activity in tumor cells and a screening method thereof. The invention discloses GSK-3 beta Y216 and GSK-3 beta Ser9 double-target activity for inhibiting (blocking/inactivating) GSK-3 beta in tumor cells; or an inhibitor system which inhibits the activity of the double targets by mutating the gene codes of the double targets or interfering the gene transcription and translation, thereby generating the cancer inhibition effect, and a screening method thereof. The cancer inhibition effect of the inhibition (blocking/inactivation) double targets is obviously superior to the cancer inhibition effect of any single target. The invention provides a new method, a new idea and a new strategy for screening or developing a new targeting drug for clinical targeted therapy of tumors (preferably liver cancer and digestive system tumors); provides a new double-target combination and a new medicine for clinically treating tumors. |
