The invention relates to a construction method and application of Escherichia coli with high production of hydroxytyrosol. The method comprises: PCR amplification to obtain four genes of HpaBC, LAAD, ARO10 and PAR; construction of plasmid pACYC-HpaBC, plasmid pET-LAAD-ARO10 and plasmid pRSF‑PAR; plasmid pACYC‑HpaBC, plasmid pET‑LAAD‑ARO10 and plasmid pRSF‑PAR were co-transformed into Escherichia coli BL21(DE3) competent cells to obtain recombinant Escherichia coli. According to the embodiment of the present invention, the recombinant Escherichia coli obtained by the method can produce high hydroxytyrosol, and the catalytic process is simple and environmentally friendly, and has broad prospects for industrial application. |
