titleOfInvention Method for improving tolerance of probiotics to ciprofloxacin
abstract The invention discloses a method for improving ciprofloxacin tolerance of probiotics. The invention takes saccharomyces cerevisiae probiotics as basic microorganism, prepares carboxymethyl chitosan (CMCS) and carboxyl glucan (DEX-COOH), coats the cell surface to form bi-component polysaccharide artificial cell wall, and utilizes the specific degradation of chitosan enzyme to achieve the degradation of the constructed artificial cell wall, thereby realizing the 'putting-in-and-out' process. The method can protect microorganism sufficiently, maintain high activity of Saccharomyces cerevisiae probiotics, and improve tolerance of excessive antibiotics.
