titleOfInvention An encapsulated noble metal catalyst for liquid-phase catalytic hydrogenation reduction of Cr(VI) under neutral conditions and its preparation method and application
abstract The invention discloses an encapsulated precious metal catalyst for liquid-phase catalytic hydrogenation reduction of Cr(VI) under neutral conditions and a preparation method thereof. The mesoporous silica SBA-15 is used as a template, and carbon source aniline and Pt source chloroplatinum are used as the template. The acid is simultaneously filled in the pores of the SBA-15, the precious metal platinum is reduced by calcination and carbonization, the carbon skeleton doped with nitrogen is obtained by carbonization of aniline, and the encapsulated precious metal catalyst is obtained after removing the SBA-15 template. The catalyst encapsulates precious metal platinum in an ordered mesoporous carbon skeleton doped with nitrogen. Nitrogen doping, smaller Pt particles, and large-area catalytic active sites can improve the activity, and the encapsulated structure can improve the stability. The catalyst has high activity and stability in the liquid-phase catalytic hydrogenation reduction reaction of Cr(VI) under neutral conditions.
