abstract | The invention discloses a continuous flow synthesis device of 2-chlorobenzoic acid, which comprises a first storage tank, a second storage tank, a preheater, an oxygen supply device, a tubular reactor and a collection kettle; the liquid outlet end of the first storage tank is communicated with the liquid inlet end of the preheater; the liquid outlet end of the second storage tank is communicated with the liquid outlet end of the preheater; the liquid outlet end of the preheater is communicated with the liquid inlet end of the tubular reactor; the gas outlet end of the oxygen supply device is communicated with the gas inlet end of the tubular reactor; the liquid outlet end of the tubular reactor tube is communicated with the liquid inlet end of the collection kettle; the top of the collection tank was fitted with a condenser. The invention also discloses a method for synthesizing 2-chlorobenzoic acid based on the device, which comprises the operation steps of material mixing, tubular reactor reaction, refining and the like. By adopting the technical scheme disclosed by the invention, the continuous production of the 2-chlorobenzoic acid is realized, the reaction heat can be quickly removed, the reaction parameter control is accurate, the on-line equivalent of materials is less, the reaction is safe, and the efficiency is effectively improved. |
