The invention relates to the field of biotechnology, and in particular establishes a prediction method for predicting the potential of microorganisms to degrade aromatic compounds, which includes oxygenase gene and protein sequence information of 22 substrates, existing primers and their coverage information . On this basis, ARHOA, an analysis platform for oxygenase primers and sequences, was established. The coverage and specificity of the primers can be evaluated, and the homology between the nucleic acid or protein sequence and the oxygenase sequence in the database can be calculated to predict the degradation potential of the species to which the sequence belongs to aromatic compounds. |
