titleOfInvention A kind of iridium complex with curcumin as ligand and preparation method and application thereof
abstract The invention is applicable to the fields of chemical synthesis and biotechnology, and provides an iridium complex with curcumin as a ligand and a preparation method and application thereof. The general structural formula of the iridium complex is: Wherein, the C^N ligands are 2-phenylpyridine, 2-phenylquinoline, phenylisoquinoline, benzo[h]quinoline, 2-(p-tolyl)pyridine and 2-(2,4 - a kind of in difluorophenyl) pyridine. The iridium complex provided by the invention is a kind of [Ir(C^N) 2 (O^O)] type complex formed by the coordination of natural product curcumin with diketone structure and iridium (III). The preparation method is simple, the luminescence performance is good, and the β-amyloid fibrosis can be inhibited and indicated.
