The invention adopts the evaporation-induced self-assembly method to prepare the mesoporous carbon-silicon film with the regular nano-channel structure, and then uses the interface super-assembly method to grow a mesoporous carbon-silicon film on the AAO substrate, so as to obtain the MCS/Si film with excellent cation selectivity. AAO composite membrane, realize the large-scale preparation of MCS/AAO composite membrane. The composite membrane can provide abundant channels for ion transport, has great application prospects in the field of osmotic energy, and can further modify active groups for energy capture, biosensing, desalination and other fields.
