titleOfInvention Chlorine dioxide disinfection gel and preparation method thereof
abstract The invention provides a chlorine dioxide disinfection gel and a preparation method thereof, wherein a mixed solution of 95-100 parts by mass of tetraethyl orthosilicate, 3-6 parts by mass of methyltriethoxysilane and 15-30 parts by mass of hydrochloric acid is prepared, and is hydrolyzed while being stirred, and a byproduct ethanol is generated after hydrolysis to obtain a clear solution; adding 5-10 parts of chelating agent and 0.5-5 parts of slow release agent into the clarified solution, and continuously stirring for 30 min; partially pumping out the ethanol by adopting a reduced pressure distillation method at the temperature of 40-50 ℃ to obtain a sol solution; adding 1-10 parts of a stabilizer and 1-10 parts of chlorite into the sol solution, and continuously stirring uniformly to obtain a sol mixed solution; and adding 2.5-20 parts of activating agent and 0.5-4 parts of alkaline reagent into the sol mixed solution, and stirring until the sol is solidified to obtain the chlorine dioxide disinfection gel. The preparation method of the chlorine dioxide disinfection gel has the advantages of simple overall process, easy operation and low investment cost, and the prepared chlorine dioxide disinfection gel has the characteristics of longer period, strong stability, controllable release rate and the like.
