titleOfInvention Flexible RFID electronic tag and preparation method thereof
abstract The invention discloses a flexible RFID electronic tag, which comprises a fabric as a substrate, a conductive circuit and a protective layer, wherein the conductive circuit is directly formed on the fabric, the conductive circuit is provided with a welding pad, the welding pad is used for connecting an RFID IC, the protective layer covers the conductive circuit and exposes the welding pad, and the preparation method comprises the following steps: step 1, directly forming a patterned conductive circuit on a fabric through screen printing; step 2, forming a conductive channel, wherein the conductive channel enables two surfaces of the fabric to be electrically communicated; step 3, forming a protective layer for protecting the conductive circuit and exposing the welding pad; step 4, forming solder paste on the welding pad; and 5, welding the RFID IC on the welding pad, and coating a waterproof protective layer on the RFID IC, wherein the fabric is used as the base material, so that the flexible RFID electronic tag has the characteristics of softness, air permeability, stretchability, flexibility and the like of the fabric, and in addition, a conductive circuit of the flexible RFID electronic tag can be formed by screen printing, the cost can be reduced, and batch printing can be realized.
