A preparation method of nano-silver/pyridine-functionalized graphene modified electrode, characterized in that: comprising pyridine-functionalized graphene (Py-GO) synthesis, Ag nanoparticles/pyridine-functionalized graphene (AgNPs/Py-RGO) synthesis and the preparation of AgNPs/Py-RGO/GCE, the synthesis of AgNPs/Py-RGO is to add silver nitrate and ethylenediaminetetraacetic acid to the Py-GO dispersion to form a mixed solution, water bath to boiling, and then slowly add hydroboration Sodium, heated continuously, then centrifuged and dried.
