titleOfInvention Quartz tube filling tool
abstract The invention discloses a quartz tube filling tool, which comprises a base, a positioning rod and a filling platform, wherein the base is provided with a positioning hole; the center of the base is provided with a hole channel and a positioning nut which are coaxial from top to bottom; the filling platform is of a transparent structure, and a funnel, a funnel neck and a filling cavity which are coaxial are arranged at the center from top to bottom; the lower half part of the positioning rod is a screw rod matched with the positioning nut, and the upper half part of the positioning rod passes through the pore passage and extends out of the top surface of the base; the inner diameter of the filling cavity is matched with the outer diameter of the quartz tube, and the outer diameter of the positioning rod, the inner diameter of the pore passage and the inner diameter of the funnel neck are matched with the inner diameter of the quartz tube. The quartz tube filling tool can reduce the filling difficulty of samples and quartz cotton, reduce fine dust generated during filling of the quartz cotton, control the generated fine dust in the filling funnel and protect the environmental safety of experimenters and laboratories.
