abstract | The invention provides a multifunctional protein cellulose fiber and a preparation method thereof. The multifunctional protein cellulose fiber contains 2.0 to 4.0 wt% of protein, 2.0 to 4.0 wt% of antibacterial substances and 4.0 to 8.0 wt% of Cooling sensation substance, the method includes preparation of high viscosity protein solution, preparation of cooling sensation substance dispersion liquid containing protein and antibacterial substance, spinning and post-treatment. For the preparation of the high-viscosity protein solution, the protein is added into the urea solution at a ratio of 10.0%-25.0%, and dissolved at a temperature of 20-50° C. for 2.5-4 hours, so that the protein is completely dissolved. The q max value of the multifunctional protein cellulose fiber of the present invention is ≥0.22J/sec/cm 2 , the antibacterial rate against Escherichia coli is ≥75.6%, and the antibacterial rate against Staphylococcus aureus is ≥81.5%. The process operation is reliable and simple. |
