According to the preparation method of isomaltooligosaccharide, the purity of trisaccharide is high and reaches more than 95%, the syrup is low in viscosity and high in sweetness, the secondary injection liquefaction temperature is increased, the full liquefaction of the feed liquid is guaranteed, the protein flocculation effect is improved, the next saccharification reaction is facilitated, and the good separation effect can be achieved by the aid of a small water-to-material ratio.
