abstract | The invention discloses a preparation method of an ATF oil-resistant flame-retardant insulating paint for an electric automobile, which comprises the following raw materials of halogen-containing unsaturated polyester resin, diisocyanate, a curing agent, an initiator, p-benzoquinone and a diluent, wherein the halogen-containing unsaturated polyester resin is prepared by reacting halogenated phthalic anhydride, polybasic acid and polyhydric alcohol, the polybasic acid is composed of adipic acid and maleic anhydride, and the polyhydric alcohol is composed of ethylene glycol and propylene glycol; the preparation method comprises the following steps: halogenated phthalic anhydride, adipic acid, maleic anhydride, ethylene glycol and propylene glycol are mixed and subjected to polycondensation reaction to prepare unsaturated polyester resin containing halogen; adding solvent, dripping diisocyanate, reacting, vacuum-pumping out solvent, adding the rest raw materials, and mixing to obtain the final product; the insulating paint prepared by the method has excellent flame retardance and ATF oil resistance, and also has excellent electrical property and mechanical property. |
