titleOfInvention | Method for assisting vanadium-phosphorus-oxygen catalyst by using rare earth-based hydrotalcite |
abstract | The invention relates to a method for preparing a vanadium-phosphorus-oxygen catalyst with the assistance of rare earth-based hydrotalcite, which comprises the following steps: preparing a vanadium phosphorus oxide precursor; preparing a rare earth-based hydrotalcite auxiliary agent: dissolving water-soluble inorganic zinc source, inorganic magnesium source, inorganic aluminum source and rare earth salt in water, adding an alkali source, heating to 65-200 ℃ for reaction, cooling, aging for 6-12 h, filtering, washing, drying, and roasting at 350-550 ℃ to obtain the rare earth-based hydrotalcite additive, wherein the ratio of the total amount of substances of zinc and magnesium to the total amount of substances of aluminum and rare earth elements in the inorganic zinc source, the inorganic magnesium source, the inorganic aluminum source and the rare earth salt is 1-4: 1; mixing a rare earth-based hydrotalcite additive and a vanadium-phosphorus-oxygen precursor according to a mass ratio of 1-10: 100, heating to 300-500 ℃, and roasting to obtain the vanadium-phosphorus-oxygen catalyst. |
