titleOfInvention | Defoaming agent and preparation method and application thereof |
abstract | The invention provides a defoaming agent and a preparation method and application thereof, belonging to the technical field of papermaking chemicals. The defoaming agent provided by the invention comprises the following components in parts by weight: 100-110 parts of silicon paste; 0.5-1 part of stearic acid diethanol amine; 5-8 parts of polyether modified silicone oil; 5-10 parts of a surfactant; 1-3 parts of a fat-soluble auxiliary agent; 0.5-3 parts of a stabilizing synergist; 200 portions and 250 portions of distilled water; based on the weight parts of the silicon paste, the silicon paste is prepared from the following raw materials: 100 parts of organic siloxane; 6-8 parts of silicon dioxide; 1-1.5 parts of a silane coupling agent; 0.3-0.5 part of coupling agent scavenger. The defoaming agent provided by the invention has high stability and defoaming and foam inhibiting performances. The examples show that the defoaming agent provided by the invention is used for defoaming for 3.2 seconds at 10cm, and is used for inhibiting foams for 7 minutes and 54 seconds, and the average dosage is 0.0264 kg/ton pulp. |
