The present invention separates a complete cDNA encoding IbHCT1 from sweet potato, connects it to a plant expression vector, transforms plants by Agrobacterium infection, obtains transgenic plants, and significantly increases the chlorogenic acid content of the transgenic plants, and this gene can be applied to Genetic improvement of plant nutritional quality. |
