Provided are a sintered bonding sheet suitable for appropriately supplying a sintered bonding material to a planned bonding surface of a bonding object, and a sintered bonding sheet with a base material. The sheet (10) for sintered bonding of the present invention contains conductive metal-containing sinterable particles and a binder component. The shear strength F (MPa) at 23° C. of the sintered bonding sheet (10) measured by the SAICAS method and the minimum load f (μN) achieved during the unloading process in the load-displacement measurement by the nanoindentation method satisfy 0.1 ≤F/f≤1. The sheet body (X) which is the sheet for sintered bonding with a base material of the present invention has a laminated structure including the base material (B) and the sheet for sintered bonding (10). |
