abstract A method for preparing a titanium dioxide nanowire-graphene nano-nanocomposite material relates to a method for preparing a titanium dioxide nanowire-graphene supercapacitor electrode material. The invention aims to solve the problems of poor conductivity and low performance of titanium dioxide as an electrode material of a supercapacitor. First, graphene oxide is prepared, then mixed with titanium dioxide nano-powder, and hydrothermally reacted in sodium hydroxide lye solution, and finally the reaction product is acidified and heat treated in hydrochloric acid to obtain a high specific surface area, high performance of supercapacitor electrode materials. The preparation method of the invention has the advantages of simplicity, high efficiency and easy mass production.
