The chromium-free passivator is an aqueous solution consisting of the following components in percentage by weight: 20-200 g/L of organic phosphoric acid, 5-40 g/L of ammonium molybdate, 10-50 g/L of triethanolamine borate, 1-10 g/L of cerium nitrate, 100-500 g/L of composite silane hydrolysate and 50-200 g/L of acidic aluminum modified silica sol. The chromium-free passivator disclosed by the invention has excellent corrosion resistance and weather resistance. |
