titleOfInvention Photocurable adhesive layer composition and protective film thereof
abstract The invention relates to the technical field related to protective films, and provides a photo-cured adhesive layer composition and a protective film thereof. The first aspect provides a photocurable glue layer composition, which comprises the following raw materials, by weight, 1-30 parts of epoxy acrylate, 50-100 parts of a non-epoxy prepolymer containing double bonds and hydroxyl groups, 0.1-10 parts of a photoinitiator, 5-30 parts of a diluent, and 0.1-10 parts of aliphatic or alicyclic isocyanate; wherein the photoinitiator contains a cationic initiator and a free radical initiator. The photo-curable glue line composition and the protective film provided by the invention adopt a cation-initiated and/free radical-initiated epoxy acrylate/non-epoxy prepolymer dual-curing system containing double bonds and hydroxyl groups, so that the situations of curing of a coating bottom layer and sticking of the uncured surface are avoided, and the shrinkage rate of the material is reduced; and meanwhile, the formed glue layer is cured uniformly, and is favorable for spreading and curing of the system under the action of the diluent, so that the adhesive force and the hardness of the system are improved.
