titleOfInvention A kind of environment-friendly water-based transfer glue and preparation method thereof
abstract The invention provides an environmentally friendly water-based transfer glue, comprising 55-65 parts of deionized water, 30-40 parts of polyurethane, 0.2-0.5 parts of sodium lauryl alcohol ether sulfate, nonylphenol polyoxyethylene ether sulfuric acid 0.3-0.6 part of ammonium, 0.3-0.6 part of sodium bicarbonate, 0.1-0.3 part of defoamer, 0.1-0.3 part of sodium persulfate, and 0.1-0.3 part of acrylic acid. The addition of polyurethane makes the environmentally friendly water-based glue excellent in bending resistance, moisture resistance and flexibility, and sodium persulfate as a catalyst can reduce the activation performance of the environmentally-friendly water-based transfer glue and promote addition polymerization. Environmentally friendly water-based glue has the advantages of good flatness and leveling, and is not easy to produce organic volatiles to precipitate, which is conducive to reducing pollutants.
