titleOfInvention Concrete slump retaining agent and preparation method thereof
abstract The invention belongs to the technical field of concrete additives, and discloses a concrete slump retaining agent and a preparation method thereof, wherein the concrete slump retaining agent is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 360 parts of 280-shaped organic vinyl ether, 101.5-151.1 parts of A material, 38-52 parts of B material, 300 parts of 220-shaped organic vinyl ether and 2-6 parts of hydrogen peroxide; wherein the material A consists of thioglycollic acid, Vc and water; the material B consists of acrylic acid, hydroxyethyl acrylate and phosphoric acid polyol ester, and the preparation method comprises the following steps: mixing prenyl alcohol polyoxyethylene ether, water and hydrogen peroxide in proportion to obtain a first solution; respectively dripping the material A and the material B into the first solution; and after the dropwise adding is finished, stirring, controlling the temperature of the system, and adjusting the pH value of the system to obtain the concrete slump retaining agent. The concrete slump retaining agent disclosed by the invention has the advantages that the phosphate polyol is added into the formula of the material B, so that the dynamic retention time of concrete can be delayed, the concrete slump retaining slow-release time reaches 4-5 hours, the normal hardening time of cement is not influenced, the final setting time of concrete is 8-12 hours, and the construction requirements are met on the premise of ensuring the quality of concrete.
