titleOfInvention | Reversible phase-change atomized liquid gel containing alkyl-amido-glycosyl-arylidene four-section glycosyl gelling agent and preparation and application thereof |
abstract | The invention discloses a reversible phase-change atomized liquid gel containing alkyl-amido-glycosyl-arylidene four-section glycosyl gelling agent, which comprises the following components in percentage by mass: 0.1-3.0wt% of sugar-based gelling agent; 97.0-99.9wt% of atomized liquid; the chemical structural formula of the glycosyl gelling agent is as follows: wherein: a is an aralkylene group or a heteroaralkylene group; r is a hydrocarbyl group. The atomized liquid gel has the thermal reversible and/or shear reversible phase change characteristics, the gel-sol phase change temperature is 145-220 ℃, and the gel-sol phase change critical shear stress is 60-560 Pa. Upon heating and/or shaking, the aerosolized liquid-gel changes from a gel state to a sol state, and the aerosol fixed in the gel is released to form an inhalable aerosol; when the heating and/or shaking is stopped, the sol gel rapidly returns to the gel state and the non-atomized nebulant is again immobilized in the gel network. The atomized liquid gel can solve the problems of smoke condensate after the suction is stopped and smoke liquid leakage of the atomizer caused by air pressure change or external force action in the transportation process. |
