In the present invention, the density and amphiphilicity of the magnetic interface catalyst are regulated, so that it has better stability of the alcohol-oil emulsion; by stirring or ultrasonication, the reaction solution is formed into a stable oil-in-alcohol emulsion, thereby realizing the static state of the reaction process and reducing the process energy consumption; and in the process of the present invention, the catalyst can be magnetically recovered without generating waste liquid, and the process can solve the problems of high energy consumption and waste water existing in the existing biodiesel production process. |
