abstract | The invention relates to a preparation method of a hydrophilic PTFE filter membrane suitable for treating oily cationic dye wastewater and the filter membrane, and belongs to the technical field of membrane modification. The preparation method comprises the following steps: a) preparing a buffer solution; b) adding dopamine and a neuraminidase into the buffer solution to be dissolved to form a first reaction solution; c) adding a fluorocarbon surfactant into the first reaction liquid to form a second reaction liquid; d) soaking the PTFE filter membrane into the second reaction solution for heating reaction to obtain a PTFE/PDA modified membrane; e) dissolving a polyethylene maleic anhydride copolymer into an aqueous solution of acetone to obtain a third reaction solution; f) and soaking the PTFE/PDA modified membrane into the third reaction solution for reaction to obtain a PTFE/PDA/PEMA modified membrane, and then sequentially soaking the PTFE/PDA/PEMA modified membrane by using a hydrochloric acid solution and a sodium bicarbonate solution to obtain the hydrophilic PTFE filter membrane suitable for treating the oily cationic dye wastewater. The filter membrane has the advantages of high hydrophilicity and strong oil-water separation capability and good cationic dye removal capability. |
