The present invention provides a capacitor using a modified polypropylene film dielectric. The capacitor includes a shell and a capacitor core. The capacitor core is arranged inside the shell and has two poles extending from the shell, and the capacitor core includes a stacked modified polypropylene film dielectric layer and a metalized polypropylene film layer wound. By adding 80-120 mesh SiO 2 /BaSO 4 composite particles to the preparation of the modified polypropylene film and modifying the mixed system formed by polyacrylic resin, epoxy resin, and butene-maleic anhydride copolymer microspheres in a weight ratio of 1:1:1‑3 to obtain modified polypropylene medium with high dielectric constant and better overall performance. The modified polypropylene dielectric is used in the preparation of capacitors, which solves the problem of poor compatibility between materials, high density of dielectric materials, and low dielectric constant of dielectric materials, which cannot meet the conditions for preparing high-power capacitors with light weight and high energy storage density. |
