titleOfInvention | A kind of genetic transformation method of Chenopodiaceae |
abstract | The present invention provides a method for genetic transformation of a Chenopodiaceae plant, specifically, the present invention provides a method for genetic transformation of a Chenopodiaceae plant, comprising the steps of: (i) providing a Chenopodiaceae plant to be genetically transformed and an exogenous DNA; (ii) transfecting the exogenous DNA into the plant cell of the Chenopodiaceae plant to be genetically transformed, so that the DNA is recombined with the chromosome in the plant cell, thereby obtaining a genetically transformed plant cell; wherein the plant cells are germ cells; (iii) fertilize (pollinate) with the plant cells obtained in step (ii), and obtain a zygote; (iv) obtain a seed formed from the zygote; and (v) optionally On the ground, the genetic transformation status of the plants formed by the development of the seeds is detected. The method of the present invention can significantly improve the genetic transformation efficiency of Chenopodiaceae plants. |
