titleOfInvention School uniform preparation process based on antibacterial easy-to-dye hydrophilic polyester fiber fabric
abstract The invention provides a school uniform preparation process based on an antibacterial and easily-dyed hydrophilic polyester fiber fabric, which comprises the following steps of firstly, mixing terephthalic acid and ethylene glycol according to the weight ratio of 1: 1.05-2.0, adding polyalcohol, 5-sodium dihydroxy ethyl isophthalate (SIPE) and polyethylene glycol to perform a second esterification reaction when the byproduct collection amount of the esterification reaction reaches 85-95% of a theoretical value; wherein the addition amounts of the polyhydric alcohol, the m-phthalic acid dihydroxy ethyl ester-5-sodium sulfonate SIPE and the polyethylene glycol are respectively 0.1-2.0 mol%, 0.05-0.2 mol% and 1-6 mol% of the terephthalic acid; after the esterification reaction is finished, adding 1, 4-dihydroxy butane-2-sodium sulfonate to obtain a high-hydrophilicity polyester slice; wherein the molar ratio of terephthalic acid to sodium 1, 4-dihydroxybutane-2-sulfonate is 20: 1; according to the invention, 1, 4-dihydroxy butane-2-sodium sulfonate is adopted as an easily-dyed anion modified monomer, so that an original polyester molecular chain contains a sulfonate group, and the polyester molecular chain is easily subjected to ion exchange with a cationic group in a cationic pigment so as to be easily dyed.
