titleOfInvention Preparation method of tungsten disulfide/carbon composite nanorod, product and application thereof
abstract The invention discloses a preparation method of a tungsten disulfide/carbon composite nanorod, its products and applications. The preparation method provided by the invention has simple steps, is easy to realize, has high yield and low cost, and is favorable for mass production. The tungsten disulfide/carbon composite nanorods prepared by the invention are composited by carbon - intercalated WS2 ultrathin nanosheets and N-doped carbon, and are vertically grown on the carbon substrate. The carbon substrate and the carbon in the nanorods form a double conductive network, which can improve the electrical conductivity and alleviate the volume expansion of WS2 during charging and discharging, while reducing the agglomeration during the sulfide transition. The structure of carbon layer insertion is beneficial to expand the interlayer spacing of WS2, thereby facilitating the insertion of more lithium ions, and the N-doped carbon can improve the conductivity of carbon and promote the transmission efficiency of lithium ions. As a negative electrode material for lithium ion batteries, it can effectively improve the capacity, cycle performance and rate performance of lithium ion batteries.
