abstract | The invention provides a preparation method of a catalyst for producing acrylic acid by oxidation of acrolein, which is suitable for the gas phase oxidation of acrolein in the presence of air or molecular oxygen to produce acrylic acid. The reaction raw material gas is composed of acrolein and a certain proportion of air or oxygen and water vapor, and is carried out in a tubular fixed bed reactor equipped with a catalyst. The reactor is heated by molten salt or heat-conducting oil, and the aldehyde generated from the oxidation of olefin can be directly oxidized without separation to realize the production of acrylic acid. It is formed by co-precipitation reaction or physical compounding of similar oxides or corresponding oxides, and its geometric shapes are mostly spherical, cylindrical or special-shaped. Under certain temperature conditions, the catalyst is given activity by calcination to form a catalyst product. The catalyst obtained by the invention has the advantages of fast reaction speed, high selectivity, and less impurity content of the obtained acrylic acid product, which can better meet the needs of use. |
