abstract The present invention provides a hydrophilic antigen and/or hydrophobic antigen vaccine delivery system and methods for making the same. The mesoporous silica with good dispersity and controllable particle size and pore diameter is synthesized by a two-phase method, and the mesoporous silica is a multivalent antigen delivery system by loading a hydrophilic antigen through a mesoporous membrane and loading a hydrophobic antigen through a lipid membrane. The prepared vaccine can be transmitted to lymph nodes, is efficiently taken by antigen presenting cells, induces antigen specific immune response, and has wide application prospect.
