abstract The invention discloses an immunofluorescence kit and a detection method for detecting the expression of E-Cadherin in peripheral blood circulating tumor cells of gastric cancer patients. A membrane filter device is used to separate and obtain circulating tumor cells (CTC) in peripheral blood of advanced gastric cancer patients. technology to detect the expression of E-Cadherin on CTCs. The detection method provided by the present invention can detect the expression of E-Cadherin in patients with advanced or recurrent gastric cancer without obtaining tissue samples by needle biopsy. The method provided by the invention has good separation of circulating tumor cells, can avoid the interference of blood cells, can avoid false positive results caused by edge effects that may occur in the dyeing process, has good stability, reduces the loss of cells, and improves the accuracy of detection. The use of the marker E-Cadherin showed good specificity and sensitivity, which improved its application in gastric cancer.
