The invention relates to a shear forming die for a rut plate and a mechanical property testing method. The fixed bed is the rectangular frame that forms by a plurality of fixed side form boards end to end connection, and four angles on fixed bed are fixed through the angle fixed plate, the shaping layer is the rectangular frame of compriseing shearing shaping side form and shaping side form, and wherein two opposite sides set up the shearing shaping side form, and two other opposite sides set up one or more shaping side form respectively, and the size of whole mould is decided to the quantity of side form. The invention can determine the size of the die according to the actual situation, freely combine various test conditions including temperature, humidity and fatigue, can complete the shear mechanical test of different types of pavement materials besides the traditional rutting test, and has the function of promoting the rutting test research and scientific research progress in the field of traffic and transportation engineering. |
