titleOfInvention A method for arsenic-containing copper slag roasting gas-based reduction and removal of arsenic
abstract The invention relates to a gas-based reduction and dearsenic method for roasting arsenic-containing copper slag, which belongs to the field of solid waste treatment and utilization in non-ferrous metallurgy industry, and solves the problem of excessive arsenic content in reduced iron products in the prior art. The method for arsenic-containing copper slag roasting gas-based reduction and removal of arsenic provided by the present invention includes: step 1, grinding the arsenic-containing copper slag, and drying the slag powder to remove free water; the arsenic-containing copper slag contains arsenic oxide and arsenic sulfide. and arsenate; step 2, the slag powder is roasted at high temperature, and inert gas is introduced into the process of high temperature roasting, arsenic oxide and arsenic sulfide in the arsenic-containing copper slag are decomposed by high temperature roasting and volatilize in the form of gas, and the non-volatile components form arsenic roasting slag; step 3, continuously introducing reducing gas into the arsenic roasting slag for 40min-100min, the reduction temperature is 650 ℃ ~ 1200 ℃, the arsenate in the arsenic roasting slag is gasified and removed, and the arsenic-containing copper slag is obtained after dearsenic slag. The invention can obviously reduce the arsenic content in the slag, and provide raw materials with qualified arsenic content for the subsequent processing of the copper slag.
