The invention relates to a chimeric virus-like particle vaccine, a preparation method and application thereof, in particular to a porcine Seneca valley virus and circovirus type 2 chimeric virus-like particle vaccine. The invention serially expresses VP0, VP3 and VP1 sequences, wherein a part of VP3 sequence is replaced by porcine circovirus type 2 ORF2 gene C-terminal antigen epitope sequence to form a recombinant sequence, the recombinant sequence is constructed on recombinant bacmid and then transfects sf9 cells, and the porcine Seineavirus and circovirus type 2 chimeric virus-like particles are further expressed. The invention develops the porcine Seneca Valley virus and porcine circovirus type 2 chimeric virus-like particle vaccine for the first time by utilizing the chimeric virus-like particle, and has better immune protection effect on the porcine Seneca Valley virus and the porcine circovirus type 2. The vaccine is economical and practical, can effectively reduce the cost of disease epidemic prevention, and provides a new method for domestic breeding enterprises to prevent the occurrence of two diseases simultaneously. |
