titleOfInvention Manufacturing method of porous molded body
abstract The present invention provides a method for producing a porous molded body capable of efficiently producing a porous molded body composed of a hydrophilic material and in which voids are regularly and densely arranged. The molding device (22) manufactures the porous film (10) from the molding material (16) as an emulsion. In the molding material (16), when X1 is the volume of the dispersed phase (31) and X2 is the volume of the continuous phase (32), X1/(X1+X2) is in the range of not less than 0.5 and not more than 0.9 . In addition, in the molding material (16), the specific gravity of the dispersed phase (31) is larger than the specific gravity of the continuous phase (32). The molding material (16) includes a water phase containing a curable compound as a continuous phase (32), and forms a liquid film (76) on the support (71). Then, the curable compound in the liquid film (76) is cured. After curing, the dispersed phase (31) is removed.
