titleOfInvention Magnetic body, method for manufacturing the same, coil component, and circuit board
abstract The invention relates to a magnetic body, a method of manufacturing the same, a coil component, and a circuit board. The magnetic body of the present invention is formed by bonding particles of a soft magnetic alloy, which is an alloy containing, as constituent elements, 1 to 5.5 mass% of Si, 0.2 to 4 mass% in total of Cr and Al, or Cr or Al, with the balance being Fe and unavoidable impurities, through an oxide layer, which contains at least one of Cr and Al in addition to Si, and contains Si at the maximum in terms of mass among Fe, Si, Cr and Al. The invention provides a magnetic body having high magnetic permeability.
