A cell co-culture microfluidic chip for enhancing neuron function belongs to the fields of biomedical engineering and cell biology research. The chip system is mainly composed of three layers of chips. The first layer of the chip includes the cell inlet, the cell outlet, and the micropores connected to the cell culture chamber; the second layer of the chip includes the neuron culture chamber, the glial cell culture chamber, and the culture medium. Inlet, culture medium outlet, multi-column micro-columns and micro-channels; the third-layer chip includes an integrated micro-electrode array; the two neuron culture chambers in the middle are connected by a row of micro-channels, wherein the micro-channels are divided into three parts according to their functions. The invention has the ability of multi-cell co-cultivation, and realizes the synapse construction of neurons on both sides through the microchannel in the middle and the material transfer of cell secretions through the quasi-circulatory channel at both ends, simulating the human nervous system; the microelectrode array at the bottom can Detect potential changes on cells and axons after neuronal synapses are affected. |
