titleOfInvention Environment-friendly aqueous-phase hydrophobic waterproof modified emulsion and preparation method thereof
abstract The invention relates to an environment-friendly aqueous hydrophobic waterproof modified emulsion and a preparation method thereof. The method comprises the following steps: mixing a silane coupling agent and dimethyl silicone oil, stirring, adding into deionized water, and stirring again to obtain a dispersion liquid; the dispersion is subjected to ultrasonic treatment to fully hydrolyze the silane coupling agent, and then stirred. The method uses water as a dispersion phase, avoids the use of harmful solvents, and simultaneously uses fluorine-free materials as raw materials, so that the hydrophobic emulsion has the advantages of safety, greenness and environmental protection.
