The anti-corrosion coating composition contains a first agent, which has one or more carboxyl groups in one molecule and does not volatilize Water-based epoxy resin (A) with an acid value of the components of 1 to 20 mgKOH/g; and a second agent containing zinc powder (B), the anti-corrosion coating composition contains 100% by mass of the non-volatile content of the anti-corrosion coating composition. The coating composition contains 43 to 85% by mass of the above-mentioned zinc powder (B). |
