abstract |
The invention discloses a wear-resistant conductive polyamide composite material and a preparation method thereof. The material comprises the following components in parts by weight: 35-92 parts of a base polyamide resin, 3-15 parts of an anti-wear agent, and a modified 5-50 parts of chopped glass fiber, 0.1-1 part of antioxidant, and 0.5-2 part of lubricant; the modified chopped glass fiber is surface-coated silver-modified chopped glass fiber. The invention obtains the modified glass fiber with electrical conductivity by coating the glass fiber with metallic silver; at the same time, adding a wear-resistant agent improves the service life of the polyamide material; and the prepared composition has a higher degree of freedom of color matching. |
